What is an All Star Jam?
An All Star Jam is a custom concert featuring the house band (SIXWIRE) along with numerous celebrity guest artists. During the event, these renowned celebrity artists showcase their most popular hits on stage. The Jam is a multi-act, nonstop show built around your budget and event objectives. It’s rare to find one artist that appeals to your whole company - this concept will allow you to provide something for everyone!
Why should I book an All Star Jam instead of booking a show with one artist?
Most events are run by a committee or at least someone in charge rather than the ultimate decision-maker. For years, we have watched the selection process, and rarely does everyone agree on ONE artist that can please everyone attending. The All Star Jam concept gives you the ability to book artists from different genres and different age groups, which increases the chance that more attendees will be pleased. The perceived value is great!
How many guest artists do I need for my show?
First, consider how long you want the show to last. For the entirety of the All Star Jam, you should plan for approximately five minutes per song. So, if you want a 90-minute show, we will help you choose the Artists to meet that goal. If one Artist has five hits, one Artist has four hits and another has six hits, you should allow for a 90 show as the house band will perform a song or two to set up each Artist.
Can I choose what songs they perform?
When submitting your offer, you should include the songs you want to request. It is always up to the Artists, but they will oftentimes perform requested songs.
Do artists do meet and greets or autograph items for guests?
Yes! Another benefit of the All Star Jam is more celebrities for the meet and greet. Typically all artists do a meet and greet at the same time.
Is it possible to book or hire an artist who is not listed on the All Star Jam website?
Yes! There are several artists that have performed on the All Star Jam that are not on the website. Feel free to ask about any Artist that you don’t see.
What does a typical rider look like for an All Star Jam?
We are happy to send the performance rider in advance, just contact your agent and make the request. When you book an All Star Jam you will receive one comprehensive rider for all artists and everything will be coordinated through one tour manager.
How long is the soundcheck?
Soundcheck normally lasts 30 minutes for the house band and 30 minutes for each artist. If longer is needed, we will let you know prior to submitting an offer.
